Boiler faults can have different causes. Share the make, model, displayed fault code and what changed before the issue began where possible.

Do not remove the boiler casing or attempt work that requires a qualified professional.

Explain whether the issue affects the whole system or only part of it.

Report repeated pressure loss or unexpected changes shown by the boiler.

Note unusual sounds and the exact code displayed on the appliance.
