Which services does EPS provide?+
Our main services are boilers, loft insulation, solar PV and battery storage. Availability and suitability depend on the property and assessment.
How do I request a quotation?+
Use the enquiry form on the relevant service page or contact EPS by phone or email. We will confirm what information or assessment is required.
Is an initial enquiry an obligation to proceed?+
No. An initial enquiry helps us understand what you need. Work only proceeds after the relevant checks and written agreement.
Boilers
How is a suitable boiler identified?+
Property size, existing heating, bathrooms and hot-water demand are considered before a recommendation is confirmed.
Can EPS help with servicing and repairs?+
Yes. Contact our team about routine servicing or support when your boiler develops a fault.
Loft insulation
Can new insulation go over existing material?+
It may be possible, but the existing insulation, access, ventilation and loft condition should be checked first.
Why is loft ventilation important?+
Appropriate airflow helps manage moisture. Ventilation should be considered when insulation work is planned.
Solar PV & batteries
Is every roof suitable for solar PV?+
No. Roof area, orientation, condition and shading affect suitability and the proposed system design.
Can battery storage be added later?+
Often, although compatibility with the solar system, inverter and electrical setup must be checked.
Do I need solar panels for a battery?+
Not always. Standalone battery options may be possible depending on the property and intended use.
